How to export Emails from a folder in Outlook 2010
Click File Tab
,then Open , then Import

Choose Export to a file, Click Next

Choose Outlook Data File (.pst), click Next.

Browse and select the Folder to export, Tick/Untick Include subfolders, click Next.

Browse where to save file to, give approriate name, choose what to do with duplicates, click Finish.

Add a password if required

You will see a similar dialog to below to show the export status.

Internet Explorer Trusted Sites
Add a site to internet explorer's trusted site list
Internet protected mode under Terminal Services / Remote Destop disables javascript for sites in the internet zone.
Change the site to a trusted site by doing the following:
Browse to the site, Double click the Internet icon at the very bottom of the internet explorer window, in the status bar

You will be presented with the following dialog, Click "Trusted sites", then the sites button

You will see the following, click add for the site, you may need to untick "Require server verifcation (https:) for all sites in this zone" if the site is not a secure site. ( it http not https in the address)

Click Close, then OK.
Now the status bar should show the following.
